Rates are per room night and inclusive of full Scottish breakfast and taxes. Please let us know when making your booking if you have any special dietary requirements so that we can cater for you. Rates vary depending on season and number of nights. Please note we require a minimum 2 night reservation for bookings that include Saturday night and a 5 night minimum stay over New Year. Booking a Room at Moray Place Bed and Breakfast, Edinburgh
Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy -
We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. However if we cannot re-let, then one night will be charged for cancellation within one month of arrival then the full charge will be due if cancellation is within 7 days of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting). Please note a 14 day cancellation period is in force during the month of August and special events such as Hogmanay, Bank Holiday weekends, Rugby Internationals, Royal Highland Show and the Edinburgh International Festivals etc. In the event of a no-show, shortened stay or cancellation within 7 days the booking will be charged in full. Should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation we require notification in writing or alternatively by phoning the guest house and obtaining a cancellation number. We do recommend you take out travel insurance just in case you have to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances.
