No. 11 Moray Place Edinburgh, is a traditional bed and breakfast in the centre of Edinburgh city. The accommodation faces south-west and enjoys magnificent views, not only of the private gardens to the front of the house, but also out over the Firth of Forth, from the bedrooms at the back. The residence forms part of a Georgian terrace in the centre of Edinburgh's New Town, which has been described as one of the finest examples of Georgian Architecture in Britain. The main stair Cupola, one of three in the house, is just one of the interior features.
Triple Suite This consists of a bedroom with king-sized bed, shower room and sitting room which has a full size single bed so that a party of three can share the suite in comfort. All the rooms of this suite overlook the River Forth to the hills of Fife.

All our rooms have a television, a bookcase containing a variety of reading material, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities with a selection of fine teas and herbal infusions. There is wireless broadband for all those guests who need to work on their laptops.
Breakfast is served in the Dining room overlooking the garden and is served between 8 - 9.30 am Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 10am Saturday and Sundays.
We are only three streets from Princes Street with various well known department stores on one side of the street and magnificent gardens on the other. Walk through the gardens situated beneath the Castle and stop to admire the floral clock (now 100 years old) before visiting the National Gallery of Scotland. From there you can continue up the Mound and explore the many features of the medieval town - the castle, St Giles Cathedral, Holyrood Palace and much more. There is a wide range of excellent eating places within a few minutes walk of Moray Place.
A key giving access to the gardens and to Lord Moray's Pleasure Garden (17 acres of garden overlooking the Water of Leith) is available for the use of our guests.
